Screen Printing of Plastic Films
What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing the ink past the threads of the woven mesh, in the open areas, onto the printing surface.
Our Screen Printing machinery utilize automated take off and UV dryers. We have the ability to print 1 color per pass (printing 1-2 colors is our specialty).
